Ted Kittila is the Managing Partner of Halloran Farkas + Kittila LLP in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Kittila has practiced law for 25 years and is a member of the Bars of the State of Delaware, the State of New York, the District of Columbia, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Kittila regularly represents clients in matter of first impression and complex commercial and corporate issues before the Delaware Court of Chancery, where he clerked in 2000, and before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Mr. Kittila has appeared in every court in the State of Delaware, and manages a law firm with attorneys in five jurisdictions.
